ck44 Terms and Conditions

In these Terms, "ck44", "we", and "our" refer to the ck44 platform and its operating entity. "Member", "you", and "user" refer to any person registered on ck44. "Services" refers to the ck44 website, app, and all gaming and betting activities available through them.

"Account" refers to a member's personal registered profile, through which they can access all ck44 services. "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a member's account, including both cash balance and bonus balance.

By creating an account on ck44 or using the platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy and responsible gaming policy also apply alongside these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the ck44 platform. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

To open an account on ck44, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh and online gaming and betting are not actively prohibited in your area.
• You are operating the account in your own name and for your own benefit — not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not own any previously suspended or closed account on ck44.
• You are not under any active self-exclusion or restriction.

Each individual may hold only one ck44 account. Opening multiple accounts in the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are operated within the same household or from the same device, ck44 reserves the right to investigate.

If a member attempts to obtain bonus or promotional benefits through multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed and accumulated balances may be forfeited.

ck44 may request necessary documents to verify members' identities at any time. This may include a national ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate. Withdrawals may be limited until verification is complete.

If the information provided is found to be false or misleading, ck44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account, and the associated balance may be seized.

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. Allowing any third party access to your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact ck44 immediately via live chat or email.

ck44 will not be liable for any loss resulting from sharing account credentials.

Deposits on ck44 can currently be made via: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the member's own name. Fund transfers through third parties are not accepted and such transactions may be returned.

Withdrawals from ck44 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

Before approving a withdrawal request, ck44 reserves the right to confirm that identity verification and bonus wagering requirements have been met. Withdrawals may be held if verification is incomplete or wagering requirements are unfulfilled.

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a bonus of ৳1,500, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500 — and to withdraw the bonus, a wager of ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be completed.

Bonus funds are not a reward in themselves — they cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. If a withdrawal is made before the bonus wagering requirement is fulfilled, the bonus balance may be cancelled.

Each ck44 promotion has its own applicable terms. The weekly deposit reward, slots festival bonus, birthday gift, refer a friend reward, and weekend cricket bonus each have separate wagering requirements and validity periods.

Using multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, coordinated betting, or any other deliberate misuse is strictly prohibited. If ck44 detects such activity, it reserves the right to suspend the account and forfeit all bonus-related earnings.

All games offered on ck44 are operated by third-party licensed software providers — such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Evolution, and others. The outcome of each game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

RTP (Return to Player) is a theoretical calculation of the long-term average return — it is not a guarantee of winning in any individual session. Game outcomes cannot be predicted and each bet's result is determined independently.

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet amounts, which are displayed on the relevant game or event page. Bets placed above the maximum bet limit may be automatically rejected.

In sports betting, bets placed after an event has started will be settled according to the relevant market's rules. Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be considered void.

If server issues, network outages, or software errors produce an abnormal game result, ck44 reserves the right to void that round or bet and return the wagered amount. ck44 is not obligated to pay out any "winnings" resulting from such errors.

All ck44 services are only for individuals aged 21 or older. ck44 actively operates an age verification process to prevent use by minors. If an account belonging to a minor is identified, it will be closed immediately and all funds will be seized.

If someone under self-exclusion attempts to open a new account, ck44 will reject it. Any member may request self-exclusion or an account break at any time via 24/7 live chat.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ck44 and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Using the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Money laundering or attempting to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Conducting betting or gaming using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to obtain bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
• Hacking or attempting unauthorised access to ck44 systems.
• Stealing other members' information or operating an account under a false identity.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or technical errors.

ck44 may temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause. This includes suspicious transactions, breach of terms, or matters under investigation. Withdrawals may be suspended during the suspension period.

If found innocent after investigation, the account will be restored and the balance returned. If a violation is proven, the balance may be forfeited.

ck44 is not liable to pay compensation if services are disrupted due to causes beyond its control, including force majeure, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
